You can check your aadhar card status through various methods:

1) Online Aadhar Status
  • To check your aadhar card status online, click here to go to the website.
  • Enter the enrollment id and date and time. this is a 14 digit number written on top of the aadhar acknowledgement slip.
  • Your 14 digit Enrollment no : _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _
  • Date and time of Enrollment : dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
  • Type the captcha attached in the security code section.
Aadhaar
  • Press “Check Status”  * This site is solely for the purpose of checking the aadhar card status.
If you have lost your enrollment number, don’t worry You can access your UIADI status with your name and retrieve the enrollment number
  • Click here to go retrieve your lost enrollment id
  • Type your full name, as submitted in your aadhar card application form
  • Enter your registered phone number or registered email id in the respective field box
  • Enter the captcha in the security code
  • click the “Get OTP” button
  • You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your phone or email id, depending on the one given by you in the earlier step.
  • Enter this number in the field saying ‘enter OTP’ and press “Verify OTP”
  • You will receive your 14 digit enrollment id on your phone or in your email, according to the one you filled earlier.
Aadhaar

  • To check your aadhar card status online,  you can access the website by clicking here.
  • Enter the enrolment id and date and time. this is a 14 digit number written on top of the aadhar acknowledgement slip.

Date and time of Enrolment : dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss

  • Type the captcha attached in the security code section.
  • Press “Check Status”

2) Aadhar Status Tracking via SMS or Mobile

Check your aadhar status on your mobile by sending a SMS.

Type UID STATUS <14 digit enrollment number>
Send it to the number 51969.
For example: If your enrollment number is 1001/15161/02456, then you should send

UID STATUS 10011516102456   to   51969

Note: Remove slashes ‘/’ from your enrollment number like the one shown in the example above. The entire number should be one word.
