Log on to Citibank online with your User ID and IPIN
Click on “Update Aadhaar” in the left panel under the Banking or Credit Card tab
Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
You will receive a confirmation regarding the status of your request to update your Aadhaar number with Citi within 7 working days after you submit the request.

Log on to Citi Mobile with your User ID and Password
Click on 'Update Aadhaar' in the menu

Simply call 1860 210 2484/022 4955 2484, follow the IVR menu options and key in your Aadhaar number when prompted. Please keep your debit/credit card handy.

How to update Aadhaar via SMS

As per the recent guideline from UIDAI, Citi Bank longer accept Aadhaar update requests via SMS with effect from Dec 5, 2017. Please login to Citibank Online or Citi Mobile to update your Aadhaar. All SMS requests received on or before Dec 5, 2017 will be acted upon as per the earlier process.
