Complete List of Documents Required for Aadhar Card Application

UIDAI accepts several documents as Proof of Identity or Proof of Address for Aadhar Card enrollment. Applicant needs to carry the documents in original to the enrollment centre where it shall be scanned and uploaded online for verification.

One needs to submit atleast one of the Proof of Identity and Proof of Address as documents required for Aadhar Card application. However in the case where the same document is accepted both as PoA and PoI, only one document needs to be submitted. For minors who are registering using documents of their parents, a copy of Proof of Relation (PoR) also needs to be furnished.
